Space and Vendor Passes:
We will be using the Tlell Fall Fair’s temporary booths for the music festival this year. Space size will be 10' x 10'. Vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs, and anything else they may need to provide their service. Vendors receive two adult week-end passes for each space.
Power & Water:
The Tlell Fairgrounds site has power available for vendors on two sides of the site. Not all booths will have power available. Booths with power will be distributed on a "first come, first served" basis. Generators are NOT allowed on site. Propane or any quiet alternative source of power is permitted. Both hot and cold water will be available. A limited supply of ice will also be available.
Fees:

A $50 deposit is required before July 1, 2010 with registration. The deposit is non-refundable. An additional fee of $50 for setup will be collected at booth setup time. $100 is the total fee to be charged for a booth in 2010.
Application deadlines:

Application forms plus the $50 deposit must be received by July 1, 2010 in order to guarantee a space. Application forms are available below.

If you require more information contact the 2010 Vendors Coordinator whose contact information is at the top of this page.
Set up times and Vehicle access:

Set up times and Vehicle access: Set up times are: Friday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Saturday, 7:00 am - 9:30 am. (The festival begins Friday at 5:30 and ends Sunday at 6:00). Vehicles will only have access to the grounds during set up times.
Food Vendor licence requirements:

Northern Health Authority requires that food vendors secure a licence to sell food that is not pre-packaged and that must be prepared. Since 2006, food vendors are required to have a Food Safe certificate to sell prepared food that is not pre-packaged. Courses that lead to a certificate can now be taken on-island.

Application forms can be downloaded by clicking on the Adobe logos in the table below.

Food vendors require both forms.
